About Us

We all read items so good we wish we had written them ourselves! The Rocky Mountain Foundation presents here some that come to our attention from time-to-time addressing policy issues in our sphere of interests.

We Wish We'd Written That!

Few give the Left and its powerful Big Enviro wing more heartburn than does National Review contributing editor and syndicated columnist Jonah Goldberg. His illuminating writing on drilling in the Artic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) and, most recently, on offshore oil and gas production is as good as it gets. We are happy to include here two of his gems, a piece published in the August 6, 2001 National Review on ANWR and another published in the July 8, 2009 issue (cover above) subtitiled, "New supplies of oil and coal must be part of any rational energy policy."
